- 1 tsp. Sandwich masala
- as needed Chaat masala
- 1 tsp. Ketchup
- 1 tbsp.Coriander chutney
- as required Ketchup
- as needed Potato wafers to serve
Instructions to make to make Grill Sandwich
- Chopped all veggies in a strips. Chopped onion.Apply butter on all 3 bread.
- Take 1bread apply chutney. Peel and grate potato on a chutney layer. Spread chopped onion and cucumber. Sprinkle chaat masala and sandwich masala. Grate cheese on it. Now take another bread slice apply chutney and cover. Arrange all bell peppers tomato strips and grate cheese. Sprinkle sandwich masala. And chaat masala. Now take 3rd slice bread apply ketchup and cover. Butter side on upside.
- Pre heat Griller and grill sandwich 3-4min.. Take out from Griller and serve. Yummy tasty Grill Sandwich is ready to serve.
- For Coriander Chutney. 1cup coriander 7-8garlic cloves 1tsp. Suth powder (dry ginger powder) Salt to taste 1/2tsp.Chaat masala 1tsp.sandwich masala 2tbsp. Green chilli 2tbsp. Roasted Bengal gram. Chopped Wash n strain coriander leaves.and take in a mixie jar. Add all ingredients and churn. Not to use water or lemon juice. And get dry chutney paste.
