  10. 1/2 inch ginger (grated)

  12. 1 tsp coriander powder
  13. 1 tsp amchur powder

  15. as per taste Salt
  16. 1 tsp chaat masala
  17. 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
  18. As required Oil for frying

  1. Take one bowl mash the potatoes with your hands. Take one pan add oil. Then add ginger and green chilli fry for one minute. After that add mashed aloo and fry for another one minute and mix all spices. Keep aside for cooling.
  2. Take one big bowl and make a semi soft dough with the help of all ingredients and keep aside for 10 minutes. After that make balls and make a vertical roti and cut it from middle.
  3. Make a cone with the help your hand and fill the mixture and make samosa and keep it in a big plate. Heat the oil in a pan and fry these samosa in a low to medium flame.
