- 1 cup curd
- 1/2 water (or as required)
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp urad dal
- 1/2 tsp chana dal
- 7-8 curry leaves
- 1 tablespoon desi ghee
- 2 carrots (grated)
- 1/2 cup beans (boiled and cut into 1/2 inches)
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves(chopped)
- 1-2 green chilli (chopped)
- As per taste Salt
- 1 packet Eno fruit salt

- Heat pan and add desi ghee, mustard seeds, curry leaves,chana and urad dal. Then roast suji for 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer this to a big bowl then add curd and water and mix well. Keep aside for 4-5 minutes.
- After that add water if required. Consistency should not be vey runny. Then add all veggies and salt and mix well.
- Heat idli pan with water and grease the moulds and then add eno into the suji mixture and pour the mixture into moulds and steam it for 10-12 minutes.
- Super tasty and healthy rava idli with veggies are ready. This is one of my family’s favourite breakfast.
