- In a bowl combine the palak paste, pander, few chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, boiled and mashed potatoes, 1 tbsp maida and 2 tbsp cornflour, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp cumin powder, salt as needed, 1 tsp garam masala. Mix.....knead a semi stiff dough. Meanwhile preheat air fryer 170 degree C for 5 minutes. Apply oil in the kebab. Apply oil in the basket
- Arrange the kebab badge wise in a basket. Bake for 170 degree C for 15 minutes. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate..
