  2. 250 gms basmati rice
  3. 1 tea spoon salt
  4. 1/2 tea spoon oil
  5. For marinate
  6. 1/2 cup boiled soya chunks
  7. 1/2 cup cauliflower piece
  8. 2 mid size carrot piece
  9. 1/2 cup paneer cubes
  10. 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  11. 1 tea spoon jeera
  12. 1/2 cup curd
  13. 1 mid size capsicum pieces
  14. 1/2 cup beans piece
  15. as per taste Salt,
  16. 1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder
  17. 1/2 tea spoon haldi
  18. 1 tea spoon garam masala
  19. 1 tea spoon kasuri methi
  20. For biryani
  21. 4 bay leaf,
  22. 8 pieces black pepper
  23. 1/2 tea spoon cinnamon powder
  24. 4 elaichi powder
  25. 4 piece clove
  26. 1 lemon juice
  27. 1 mid size onion
  28. 1/2 cup saffron milk
  29. 2 table spoon ghee
  30. 4 table spoon oil
  31. 1 cup chopped fresh coriander

Instructions to make to make Vegetable Biryani

  1. Wash & soaked rice for 1/2 an hour. Boiled soya chunks, cauliflower, carrot,beans & paneer add in a bowl. Now curd & all dry spices mix into it.
  2. Leave it for 15 min. Boil rice add salt & some oil. Rice cooked only 75 percent. Now for biryani take a heavy bottom pan add oil. Roast finely chopped onion till brown.
  3. Keep the fried onion aside. Now add sabut spices in oil roast for 2 min. Now add marinate veggies salt & chilli & roast till cooked proper.
  4. Now set one layer of boil rice on veggies. Second layer fried onion, third layer saffron milk & coriander leaves. Again set the remaining rice & lemon juice on it. Add some water & ghee also.
  5. Cover it with lid. Keep heavy weight on the pan. Leave it on low flame for 5 minutes. Rice proper cooked in steam.
  6. Delicious vegetables biryani is ready. Serve it with curd or salad. We can preserve it 1 or 2 days.
