  17. 1/2 Medium Size Ballari Onion-
  18. as per taste Salt
  19. 1/2 Green Capsicum-
  20. 1/2Teaspoon Chilli Powder-
  21. 1Teaspoon Tomato Ketchup-

  23. 15 Fried Gobhi/Cauliflower Florets-

Steps to make to make Gobhi Manchurian / Cauliflower Manchurian

  1. Take and prepare all the ingredients to making Gobhi/Cauliflower Manchurian. Medium size 1/2ballari onion are chopped and 1/2Green capsicum are chopped and Cut it into little medium pieces of cauliflower and wash it clean....
  2. Put any pan on gas stove and pour the required quantity of water and Add required amount of salt powder and boil it for few minutes and let it cool completely and strain the water and and again wash it in the normal water. Prepare other all ingredients...
  3. Take a bowl and Add 75-80gram maida flour and 25-30gram corn flour and 1Teaspoon ginger&garlic paste and 1/2Teaspoon Chilli powder and Required amount of salt powder and 1/2little Teaspoon Red food color powder and Required quantity of water... Mix it all the ingredients to making flour mixtures of semi thick consistency... Cauliflower florets are dip it into the flour mixtures... Take Required quantity of cooking oil.
  4. Put a pan on gas stove and pour the required quantity of oil and after the oil is hot and Add dipped cauliflower florets in flour mixtures to Oil pan. Few mins after Cauliflower florets are turnover it into another side to fry... Gobhi/Cauliflower fry is ready...
  5. Put a pan on gas stove and pour the required quantity of oil and after the oil is hot and Add 1/2medium size chopped ballari onion and saute it for few minutes until come golden brown... Then 1/2Chopped Green Capsicum and saute it for few minutes and Add required amount of salt powder and Add 1/2Teaspoon Chilli powder & saute it for few minutes...
  6. Then Add 1Teaspoon Tomato ketchup and 1Teaspoon Soya sauce are mix it well and saute it for few minutes and Add fried cauliflower florets and mix it overall....
  7. Then add required amount of coriander leaves and mix it overall and saute it for few minutes... Gobhi/Cauliflower manchurian is ready to serve.... Yummy.......
