  3. Now add the mustard seeds. When they start crackling, add cumin seeds and whole red chillies. Simultaneously, add the diced potatoes.
  4. Add salt and stir. Cover the lid of the pan and the flame on sim. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Stir frequently.
  5. Now add the rice flakes, red chilli powder, sugar, lemon juice, green chilli and salt as per taste. Mix well and cover the lid again.
  6. Cook on a sim flame for 3-4 minutes. Stir it again. And let the lid be covered for at least 2 minutes.
  7. Add the vegetables, desired toppings and julienned fresh coriander leaves. Mix. And serve hot with your desired drink.
