  9. as required cabbage sliced

  11. as needed coriander leaves chopped
  12. 1.5 tsp salt
  13. 3 tbsp oil
  14. 1 tbsp black pepper
  15. 1 tbsp dark soya sauce
  16. 1/2 onion sliced

Steps to make to make Chineese Poha

  1. Heat the oil in a pan or wok. Add the onion and cook for 1/2 min on high flame. Add the chopped aginger, garlic and green chilies. Cook for 1-2 min on high flame. (Don't over cook the onion it should not change color)
  2. Add all the vegetables and cook for a min over high flame. Add the poha and mix well. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Add boiled noodles and mix well. Add soya sauce and mix. Cook for 1-2 min and stir with soft hand.
  3. Add the spring onion to finish.
