- 50 gms Muri/ Murmura/ Puffed rice
- 1 small Boiled potato cubed/ sliced in small pieces

- 1/2 Tsp Black peppercorns
- 1 Tsp Black Rock salt
- 1/4 tsp Common salt
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger powder
- 2 Tsp Aamchur powder

- Soak the Chana overnight first and then on the day of having it prepare the Muri masala first and boil the potatoes and prepare all other ingredients. In a bowl add the Muri / murmure/ puffed rice. Then add all other ingredients one by one. Then at last the 2 Tsp or as per taste Muri masala, mustard oil and lemon juice or tamarind water. Sprinkle little sevai bhaji on top on individual serving and serve with a slice of coconut. Enjoy !
