- 2 Onions finely Chopped
- 2 Tomatoes finely Chopped
- 2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1 Tsp Kasuri Methi
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
- 5 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- As per taste Salt
Instructions to make to make Healthy and Tasty PANEER CHICKPEA
- In a pan add 3tbsp of Oil and fry Paneer to Light Golden
- In the same Pan add remaining Oil and saute onions for 5-7mins
- Add Ginger Garlic Paste and Green Chilli Paste and saute for 2-3 mins
- Add Turmeric,Red Chilli and Cumin Powder and cook by adding little Water for further 2-3mins
- Add Tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mins
- Turn off the flame and let it cool.Transfer it to blender,and blend it to fine paste by adding little Water
- In another pan,add Butter on low flame,when butter is hot,add Kasuri Methi,saute it for few seconds
- Add Blended Paste and let it simmer for 5-8 mins on medium Low flame. Add Salt and Chickpeas,let it cook for 5mins
- Add Paneer and Spinach and cook for another 5 mins or till oil separates Remove it in Serving Bowl
- Seve it with Tandoori Naan /Chapati
