  2. For red chutney, take 15-18 garlic cloves and crushit with require amount of salt then add 1tbsp of red chilli powder and mix that then gradually add water and stir it continuesly until you get required consistency.
  3. For sweet chutney, take dates, tamarind, Jaggery boil together in cooker. Then sieve that mixture. Add water as per consistency required. Then add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala and stir it well.
  4. For masala peanuts, fry peanuts and add salt, rock salt and red chilli powder as per required taste.

  6. For platting, take papdi puri and add prepared Aloo masala and topping it with chopped onion, masala peanuts, and both chutneys, lastly sprinkle bhajiya over it and serve immediately.
