  3. Mix....well. till the oil separates from the Kadai. Then add water as needed and boiled for 1 minutes. Then add fried eggs.
  4. Cover and boil for 2 minutes.
  5. Once it is done.Transfer to a bowl
  6. Sprinkle coriander leaves Ready to serve....with steam...rice...
