- 1/2 cup boiled sweet corns
- 200 gram paneer cubes
- 1/3 cup green peas
- 1/3 cup chopped green capsicum
- 1/3 cup chopped carrot
- 1 medium onion sliced lengthwise
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp chopped green chilli
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/3 tsp crushed Kasoori methi
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- as per taste Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
Instructions to make to make Sweet corns, Paneer, Veggies Dry Curry
- Mix salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder and coat the paneer cubes. Fry the paneer cubes on a pan and set aside.
- To the rest oil add cumins and allow to splutter. Add onion, ginger garlic and green chilli and saute till onions are translucent. Mix the veggies.
- Fry on high heat for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, rest salt, turmeric, chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and garam masala. Mix well and cook on low flame till tomatoes are soft.
- Add the paneer cubes and crushed kasoori methi. Mix and coat well the masala and veggies, paneer cubes. Don't add water. Cover cook for two minutes. The curry is ready to serve with poori/Parathas.
