- Wash and Soak dry matar in water for 8 hours. Then transfer it in a pressure cooker and add salt and pressure cook till 7-8 whistles. Switch off the flame and let pressure releases automatically.
- Wash peel and chop onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves. Chop boiled potato. Soak tamarind in hot water for 15 minutes. Then mash it thorougly.
- Transfer boiled peas in a serving bowl. Add chana masala and all other masala ingredients. Add tamarind pulp and mix.
- Now add all chopped vegetables and mix well. Squeeze a lemon juice and mix well.
- Serve with naan or Kulcha.
