  1. Heat Oil in a Pan. Tempered Mustardseeds asofoetida curry leaves. Saute green chilli paste garam masala turmeric powder vada pav masala mix it well. Add 2-3tbsp. Water. Peel and grate boil potatoes and add in a masala mixture add salt chaat masala black salt dry mango powder mix properly. Turn off flme. Add chopped coriander and mix it well.
  2. For Batter:-Take besan in a mixing bowl. Add salt Asofoetida and add water. Beat well and prepare a thick consistancy batter.
  3. For Garlic Chutney:- Mix red chilli powder and garlic paste in a mixing bowl.Add 1tsp. Oil salt 2-3tbsp. Water.Mix it well. Garlic chutney is ready.
  4. Slit laadi pav. From middle. Spread Garlic Chutney. Now spread mixture onbottom and top side of Pav. Coat with batter and fry on mid. Flame. Both side. Ulta Vada Pav is ready.
  5. Tasty Tasty Ulta Vada Pav is ready to serve.Sprinkle Chaat masala. Serve with Marchi Bhajji. Garnish with chopped coriander.
