- as per required Besan thin sev
- as per required Pomegranate seeds

- First take a pan. Heat oil in it. Then add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to it and stir. Then add peanuts and saut it.
- Then add green chillies and sweet curry leaves and stir it. Then add onion and fry till it turns pink. Then add boiled potatoes and let it fry for a while.
- Then add spices. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. And mix well. Then add the washed and cleaned poha. Mix it well and let it fry for 10 minutes. Then add sugar and turn off the gas. Then add lemon juice and mix everything. Then add green coriander and mix everything.
