Steps to make to make Veg.Spring roll

  1. Firstly mix all the chopped vegetables and salt.Leave it.for 10 min.
  2. For the sheet mix all-purpose corn flour flour,salt.Now add milk little by little to make smooth batter.
  3. Heat tawa and pour batter 1 ladle full and let the batter spread on its own. Cook on a low to medium heat.Remone the sheet on a plate.Cook all the sheets like this.Sprinkle all-purpose flour over the sheet and keep another sheet on it. Cover it and keep it aside.
  4. Squeeze out all the water from the vegetables.For the filling - heat oil in a pan,add salt and black pepper.Add onion,saute.Mix vegetables into it.Switch off the gas.Now add noodles. Add Soya sauce and mix.Let it cool.
  5. To make a roll - take a sheet, place some vegetables on it, brush slurry on the sides.Fold both the sides of the chapati and roll.Seal it with slurry.
  6. Now deep fry all the rolls.Cut diagonally and serve with tomato ketchup or any other sauce of your choice.
  7. Your yummy spring roll is ready to serve.
