- as per taste salt
- pinch turmeric
- as required finely chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 tbsp Oil
Steps to make to make Poha Paratha
- In a mixer coarse grind Poha. Then wash it and place it in a stainer for 10 to 15 minutes. So that poha will soak well.
- Now in a big plate add soaked poha, boiled smashed potatoes,chilli ginger paste,red chilli powder,salt and pinch of turmeric.
- Dry roast dhaniya, jeera, ajwain, pepper.After it cools down grind it to fine powder.
- Now add about 2 tbsp of this powder to the poha potato mixture. Take a cup of atta and gradually add this atta to the poha mixture.Add finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients well and knead it to a smooth dough. Do not add water as poha was soaked. If required add more atta till you get a non sticky and smooth atta. Add a tbsp oil to the atta and rest it for about 15 minutes.
- Now as you roll normal paratha you roll this poha Paratha. Dust dry atta as required. Now place the rolled Paratha over hot tawa and cook it. Add ghee or oil on both sides and cook till it gets brown dots on both sides.
- Serve it hot with pickle and curd.
