  10. 1 tsp garam masala powder

  12. 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves

  14. 500 ml oil for deep frying
  15. 1 tsp corn flakes

Instructions to make to make Vegetable Parcels

  1. Heat oil in a pan,add chopped onion and saute for two minutes.Add chopped green chillies and ginger also.Saute few seconds.
  2. Add all powdered spices and salt.Mix.Add capsicum and beand.Saute for 2 minutes and add boiled poratoes.Mix well and take out from pan.
  3. Add coriander leaves and mix.
  4. Make a slurry of corn flour by adding some water.Keep aside.Now cut the edges of bread slices.Put one slice on rolling board,press by rolling pin and roll slightly
  5. Roll all slices like this.Put 1 tbsp stuffing on 1 bread slice,fold and seal the edges of bread slice with the help of corn flour slurry.
  6. Prepare all patties/parcels like this.Heat oil in a wok /kadahi.Fry vegetable parcels on medium flame till golden brown.
  7. Serve with your favourit sauce.
