- 2 Cups besan (gram flour)
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp kasoori methi

- For potato stuffing-
- 2-3 boiled potatoes (mashed)
- 1/2 tsp hing
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp Amchur powder
- 2-3 green chillies (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 8-10 bread slices
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves
- as per taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon oil + oil for frying

- Take one big bowl and mix all ingredients for besan batter with the help the whisk. Always add water gradually otherwise lumps will appear and the batter will not come smooth. Keep this aside.
