- Soak the sabudana overnight or at least for 6 hours. Boil potatoes Crush the green chillies and half the coriander leaves together.
- Mash the boiled potatoes. Add the soaked sabudana, crushed peanuts, salt, crushed green chillies and coriander, curry leaves, cumin seeds, salt. Mix everything together well. Take a tablespoon of mixture on your palm and make round balls. Press them down to form a flat disc.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add 4-5 of the vadas and fry them till nice golden brown form both the sides.
- For the chutney, grind together coriander, chilles, peanuts, salt and little water. Now add the remaining water and mix with a spoon. This chutney has a thin consistency, but if you like you can reduce the amount of water.
