  9. as per taste Rock salt (which we use in fast)
  10. As needed Oil for frying vadas

Steps to make to make Sabudana vada

  1. First, wash sabudana properly 5 to 6 times so all starch is removed from it Soak it with water Be careful that you don't put more water in sabudana Put water carefully see that only sabudana are immersed in it Soak overnight so the quantity will be doubled.
  2. Now next day in the morning mix gently sabudana with your hands they will become double Now take all ingredients mentioned above.
  3. Now grate ginger, groundnuts, green Chilli & potatoes.
  4. Now mix all grated ingredients & add sugar, lemon juice & salt to it Then add sabudana to it Then add red Chilli powder to the mixture.
  5. Now mix it very gently with your hands Then take water in one bowl & make small dough from the mixture Then wet your hands with water & give the shape of mendu vadas.
  6. Now put oil in a pan & when oil is hot put vadas & deep fry till they are golden brown in color Serve hot with fry green Chilli & curd chutney Your delicious sabudana vada is ready to Serve 😋😋
