- For chutney take all ingredients in a mixer as mentioned & make a thick & smooth chutney.
- For stuffing heat oil in a pan & add all spices as mentioned. Now add boiled potatoes & peas to it. Mix everything well. Garnish with green coriander.
- Now take 2 bread slices & spread green chutney to it. Now put stuffing on one side & spread evenly. Now put onion & cucumber rings on it. Sprinkle salt & chaat masala on it. Cover it with other slice on which chutney was applied.
