- Firstly cut the pav into small pieces and keep it aside
- In a pan add oil on the oil is heated add cumin seeds,green chilli, tomato,sweetcorn,capsicum, spring onion and give it a stir
- Then add mayo,tandoori mayo,tomato ketchup,red chilli powder,salt and give it a mix.
- Then add maggi masala,chilli flakes,oregano,basil and give it a mix.
- Then add pav and give it a mix then add freshly chopped coriander.
- Then transfer it into the a bowl & then top it with grated cheese and microwave it for above a min until the cheese melts
- Your cheesy Italian Masala Bread is ready.
