- 1/2 cup Raw rice
- 1/2 cup Poha (wheat)
- 4 Red chilli

- 1 Ginger small piece
- 1/2 teaspoon Methi seeds
- 11/2 teaspoon Salt
- as required Curry leaves few
- 50 grams Refined oil
- 3 teaspoon ghee

- First soak in water your moog dal, raw rice,iddli rice, jeera, red chilli, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves. For one hour inca lukewarm water.
