  3. 1/2 kg yogurt
  4. 1 tsp garlic paste
  5. 1 tsp heaped green chili paste

  9. 1 cup Coconut milk 🥛
  10. For baghaar:
  11. 3 tbsp oil
  12. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  13. 15-20 curry leaves
  14. 3-4 Button red chilli
  15. For the Chicken:
  16. 1/2 kg boneless chicken cut into half inch cubes
  17. 1 tsp leveled red chili powder
  18. 1 tsp leveled cumin powder
  19. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  20. 1/2 tsp green chili paste
  21. 1 tsp heaped ginger garlic paste
  22. 2 tbsp yogurt
  23. Salt to taste
  24. 1/4 cup Fried onions crushed
  25. as needed Oil
  26. For serving:
  27. 1 packet Boiled spaghetti
  28. Fried onion as required
  29. Fried sliced green chilies as required
  30. 2 halves Lemon
  31. Ginger Juliennes as required
  32. Chaat Masala to taste
  33. Fried garlic as per choice
  34. Boiled and sliced eggs
  35. Slims chips or any finger chips

Steps to make to make Fusion khousay in my style

  1. Marinate chicken in all the spices, yogurt, and garlic ginger and chili paste. Heat oil, add the chicken with the spices and stir fry. Add a little water and cook with a lid on till the chicken becomes tender. Add the fried onions and stir fry till the gravy thickens.
  2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the curry except salt to make a very thin mixture. Heat oil in a pot; add the cumin and the curry leaves. Add the curry mix and cook till it boils and becomes thick.add salt in last stage use
  3. To serve, put spaghetti in a deep plate, add the yogurt curry, cooked chicken. Garnish as desired and top with finger chips,ginger, eggs,fried chilli,fried garlic and on top sprinkle chat masala
