- First, boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker, peel them, cool them and grate them. So that no lumps remain in the potatoes.
- Now add wheat flour to the mashed potatoes, add salt, red chilli powder, white sesame seeds, turmeric powder, cumin, carom seeds, chopped green coriander leaves, finely chopped green chillies and semolina and mix well.
- Now add water as required and make dough. (Use a little water in the flour as it will make the dough from the mashed potatoes.) Now add oil to the dough, mix it well and knead it, cover the dough with a damp kitchen towel and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Now heat the oil in a pan. Then make small lumps of dough, apply oil on the plate and weave small finishes.
- Now our puri is ready for deep frying..so now add this puri one by one in hot oil and fry a little golden on medium flame. Fry all the puri in this way.
- Now our Phuli Phuli and soft Aloo Puri are ready to be served. This Puri can be served with any vegetable or pickle.
