- Heat 1 tsp oil and temper 1 tsp cumin seeds to a pan
- When cumin seeds starts crackling, add in minced ginger-garlic and saute for few seconds. Also add in 1 tbsp green chutney.

- Stir well, add in salt and chat masala. Cover and cook in medium heat until peas become soft and extra water evaporates from spinach.

- Heat 1 tsp cooking oil and add in crushed garlic and green chilli.
- When raw smell of garlic and chilli goes off, add in grated carrot.
- Stir well and then pour in orange juice.
- Add in salt, sugar and chat masala. Mix well, cover and cook in medium low heat for about 5-6 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain with a strainer to get clear broth.
- Squeeze the pulp to take all the juices. You will get a little tangy and sweet(chatpata) broth.
- Place cooked plain rice at the centre of a serving dish with the help of a ring mould.
- Reheat the broth and pour to the sides of the dish.
- Lastly place harabhara kebab at the top of rice.
