  8. 1/2 tsp Dry Thyme Leaves

  11. 7-8 Cups Chicken/Vegetable Stock
  12. 1/2 Cup Fresh Cream
  13. 2-4 tbsps Fresh Milk: Boiled and RT- Optional

  1. To begin with: Let’s first cut up the essential ingredients for the same aforesaid & set aside- Heat up a heavy bottomed pan/pot/vessel over the medium flame & Add in the measured butter plus EVOO together (that’s what I’ve used)
  2. Chop up all the necessary ingredients for the dish- As in the leeks, onions, garlic, potatoes & get ready with rest other dry spices, chicken broth, etc. before heating up your pan/pot/vessel for furthering the cooking process….
  3. Heat up your vessel over the medium-high flame: Add in the EVOO & Butter both (You can go for anyone for the sure thing), throw in it the cut up and chopped veggies that’s all been mentioned above and sauté until they all sweat up well & become quite translucent yet not be browned at all- Add in some salt to it. Flame to be kept at the low-medium, cover up the pan & let it all cook for a pretty good 8-10 mins time
  4. Once the sautéing is completed- Add in the freshly cracked black peppercorns & the heavy cream- Give it all a really good mix until everything’s nicely combined and well blended & finely incorporated… Maintain the flame at the low-medium and cover it back for a couple more mins time to get the cooking done & completed- Flame goes off
  5. Allow it to cool down quite a bit before putting it entirely into the Blender Jar and blitz it well enough to get an extremely delicious, flavourful, smooth & supple thicker & richer textures of it- Once more warm it up before consuming it- Add in a dash of butter, if you at all choose to do so… Also, slice up a few pieces of your favourite breads (Any that you like), break them into small bite sized pieces & gently sauté them into the pan with some butter until browned quite nicely
  6. The Croutons are ready too, to go along with it- Period Garnish it your own way & then… Relish this DELISH on any rainy day or simply as & when you feel like, without even waiting for the downpour to happen…It’s such a delicacy to both our taste buds & soul, to its fullest
