  14. 1/4 cup freshly chopped Coriander
  15. For tarka:
  16. 1/4 cup oil
  17. 1 tsp cumin
  18. 7-8 curry leaves

  1. Add oil and onions in a pan then golden brown onions and ginger garlic paste then add potatoes fry them then add jazza hyderabadi pulao masala and tomatoes uncovered it until tomatoes tenderize
  2. Then add sabat Garam masala salt add some green chillies and water and let it cook until potatoes tenderize
  3. Then and boiled daal and soak rice in the pan and let it cook until water fry
  4. Then add fresh Coriander over it and in another pan heat oil add cumin seeds in it and curry leaves and pour a tarka over the rice
  5. Then put on Dum and serve after 5 to 20 mints
