  4. 4 cups hot boiled milk

  7. 1/4 cup mixed dry-fruits : chironji, kaaju & kismis

  1. First take a pan, add ghee in it. Let it become hot, then add rava into it. Cook it on low to medium flame for about 8 mins. After 8 mins you will notice that the rava has started to turn golden in colour. (badami rang)
  2. Then add elaichi powder and dry-fruits to it. Fry them for about a min. Then add chopped banana in it. Mash it and mix it well with the rava. Cook for one more min until it gets mixed well with the rava.
  3. Then add sugar in it. Mix well and cook for 2 to 3 mins on a low flame. You will notice that the rava has turned little more watery now because the sugar has started melting now. Until the above process is done, boil the milk well. It should be completely hot while pouring it over the rava.
  4. Now add this hot milk in it. Mix it well. Add some kesar strands and elaichi powder to it. Now cover the pan and cook it on a low flame for about 8 to 10 mins.
  5. After 10 mins open the lid, add some tulsi leaves in it. Give it a gentle mix. Now switch off the flame. Serve it to Ganesh Ji as prasad. You can prepare it for any pooja/occasion or even normally for your feeding purpose.
