- Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,ginger,red chilli powder, coriander powder,salt andsaute for 2 min.Add potatoes and mix.Cook for 2-3 min.Sprinkle dry mango powder,garam masala and coriander leaves.Switch off the gas.Let it cool.
- After 3 hours your dough will be double in volume.Knock the dough to release air.Now divide the dough into 4 parts.
- Take one part of the dough and roll it like a chapati,wet the edges of the chapati,spread potato filling over the half of the chapati and fold it to make a semi circle.Seal the Calzone with the help of a fork.Make 2 cut marks on the Calzone and place it on the greased baking dish.I made 2 Calzones at a time.Brush it with butter.
- Preheat the oven at 200 degree and bake the Calzones for 22 min.or till the outer cover gets brown.
