- For Bell pepper fried rice :
- 21/2 cup boiled rice
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup each of red, yellow bell pepper long slices
- 1/4 cup green capsicum finely chopped in long slices
- 1 onion finely chopped in long slices
- 1/2 cup carrot long slices
- 11/2 tbsp spicy red chili sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp soy sauce
- as per taste Salt
- For Aloo Manchurian :
- 2 medium raw potatoes
- 1 small boiled potato
- 1 tbsp fresh green chillies ginger garlic paste
- as per taste Salt
- 3 tbsp maida
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- For Manchurian gravy
- 2 cups water
- 1 packet Ching veg manchurian masala (20 gm)
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2-3 tbsp each finely chopped carrot, capsicum, onion
- as required Finely chopped spring onion greens to garnish
- As per requirement Fried noodles to serve (ready available)
Instructions to make to make Bell Pepper Fried Rice With Aloo Manchurian
- For making bell pepper fried rice.. chopped all mentioned veggies.
- In cooking pan add heat oil. Add all chopped veggies, little salt and saute for few minutes.
- Add boiled rice. Add red chili sauce, tomato sauce and soy sauce. Mix well.
- For making Aloo Manchurian; peel and grate raw potatoes in bowl of water. Wash them 3 times to remove extra starch from it. Squeeze all water from it with palms and put in mixing bowl.
- Add peel and grated boiled potato, green chillies ginger garlic paste,salt, maida and corn flours. Mix well to make thick dough like batter.(If needed you can add 1-1 tbsp maida and corn flours).
- Keep oil for frying. Make small round balls from prepared aloo mixture. Deep fry these aloo balls in hot oil on medium flame till crispy golden.
- To prepare gravy: prepare mixing water and Ching veg manchurian masala powder as per instruction given on packet. In cooking pan add chopped veggies and stir fry. Add masala mixture,. Cook for 2 minutes as gravy thickened. Add tomato sauce and aloo manchurian. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Off the flame.
- To assemble.. in shallow round dish.. keep small katori in middle. Spread prepared Bell Pepper Fried Rice all round it. Remove katori. Put prepared Aloo Manchurian with gravy in center (space). Garnish with finely chopped spring onion greens. Serve with fried noodles as shown. Serve/ Relish Delicious Bell Pepper Fried Rice with Aloo Manchurian immediately.
