  26. 1 TSP black pepper powder
  27. as required Oil for cooking

Instructions to make to make Manchurian Fried Rice

  1. To make Manchurian Take one bowl add cabbage,carrot,French beans,onion and spring onion mix
  2. Now add chilli sauce, ginger garlic paste,maida corn flour,salt mix.
  3. Make small balls. Keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in pan. fry them on medium heat till golden brown.
  5. Keep aside..
  6. Heat oil in pan.
  7. Add chopped ginger, chopped garlic Cook add chopped spring onion mix
  8. Stir fry on high flame. Add chopped onion.mix
  9. Add chopped carrot and capsicum keep stirring for two minutes.
  10. Now add soya sauce,chilli sauce,salt and vinegar mix
  11. Add corn flour mixed with water. Mix Cook till it turns glossy.
  12. Add Manchurian balls and shredded cabbage mix
  13. Add boiled rice. Add black pepper powder combine well.
  14. Serve.
