  15. 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  16. 2 Tbsp chopped onions
  17. 2 Tbsp capsicum chopped in cubes
  18. 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  19. 1/2 tsp white vinegar
  20. 1 tsp soy sauce
  21. 2 Tbsp tomato chilli sauce
  22. 1 tsp red chili sauce
  23. 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  24. 1 tsp refine flour
  25. 1 Tbsp oil
  26. 1 tsp fried garlic
  27. as required Some green coriander

Instructions to make to make Paneer Manchurian

  1. Arrange the ingredients.
  2. Take all the ingredients mentioned above to make the manchuria balls. I made 10 balls.
  3. Shallow fry the balls on medium to low flame. Set aside.
  4. Take cornstarch, refined flour and add required water and make a slurry.
  5. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a pan. Fry minced garlic. Add chopped onion and fry on high flame till translucent.
  6. Add chopped green capsicum and fry for 2 minutes. Mix the difference sauces.
  7. Add the manchururian balls, and then the slurry. Stir continuously to avoid lump formation. Adjust the seasoning if needed
  8. The paneer manchurian is ready to serve. Garnish with green coriander and fried chunks of garlic.
