- 2 tablespoons cornflour

- 1 tablespoon vinegar

- as needed Water for gravy
- 1 tsp black pepper

- Take one big bowl add all veggies and potatoes. Mash all things together and mix cornflour, salt,black pepper and half of ginger and garli and make small balls.
- Heat the oil in kadai and deep fry all the balls. Keep aside. Take a heavy bottom pan add oil and fry ginger and garlic then add some veggies and fry for 2 minutes on high flame. After that add water and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Take one bowl add soya sauce, sechzwan sauce and tomato sauce. Mix properly and mix it with boiling water. Keep stirring and then add salt. After that add cornflour mix and sugar with water.
