  1. Firstly wash & clean tomatoes then boil it with water as required like 2-3 glasses.Once boiled let it cool down to room temperature then using a juice strainer mash tomatoes and strain adding water until the pulp with seeds is separated. Then discard the pulp with only seeds.
  2. Further take the tomatoes thick starch pop it in a bowl and add spices let it boil until raw smell disappears.besides soak tamarind in warm water and gram flour in normal water without lumps.once the raw smell disappears keep stirring and add gram flour mix.
  3. Cook until raw smell of the curry disappears for next 4-5 minutes. At this point check spices accordingly and add tamarind pulp water more or less tangy taste can be adjusted accordingly.boil it and let it cool. Next take oil in another pan and pop in all the tempering ingredients let it crackle then drizzle over the tomato cut.
