- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp samosa masala
- as per taste Salt
- 1 tsp amchur powder
- 1/2 cup boiled green peas
- 2 tsp green coriander leaves
- as required Oil for deep frying
Instructions to make to make Mat Samosa Or Chatai Samosa
- First in a bowl add all-purpose flour, salt, carom seeds, oil and warm water little by little and knead a semi soft dough.
- Then knead the dough and apply a little oil on the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin, asafoetida, chopped ginger pieces, chopped green chillies and chopped garlic and fry on medium flame.
