- 1 tsp lemon juice
- as required Some chopped coriander
- to Taste salt
- as required Butter
- 2 tsp oil for seasoning

- Take a bowl. Add boiled potatoes, mash it, add boiled green peas.
- Take a pan,heat on medium flame of gas. Add oil, jeera, hing, ginger chilli paste, mix well.
- Add mashed potatoes and green peas. Add salt, pav bhaji masala, aamchur powder, sugar, turmeric powder, chopped coriander and lemon juice. Mix well. Turn off gas.
- Transfer mixture in a bowl. Wait till it cool completely. In another bowl add chopped onions and capsicum, add salt and black pepper powder.. Mix well..
- Take 3 slices of bread. Apply butter and green chilli coriander chutney evenly. On 1 slice spread potato - green peas mixture and chopped tomatoes.. Put 1 bread on it, press a little bit.. Now spread evenly chopped onions and capsicum on bread slice.. Lastly put 3rd bread on it, press it.. You can add grated cheese also.(Optional).
