- Firstly boil n mash aloo, slice onions.In a Pan/Kadai, put oil when heating, put chanadal, urad dal, saute for a minute and add mustard seeds,, crackle, put whole Red chilli and sliced Onions n silt green chillies and curry patta,stir for few minutes,till Onions are pinkish in colour,add Red chilli powder,haldi, now put mashed potatoes,add salt as per required.and cover and keep for five minutes
- Granish aloo sabzi with coriander leaves and grated coconut
- In a non-stick Pan,put 1tbsp Dosa batter, make shape like Dosa,spread 1tbsp aloo sabzi.and serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar
